A beautiful heavy weight throw featuring Adinkra symbols that can be added as a accent piece or as a wall covering. Adinkra literally translates as farewell or goodbye in a large loose linguistic grouping of the Fante, the Akan, the Ashanti and the Akuapem from Ghana, West Africa.

Traditionally a cloth worn by people of high status, and its symbols were used to proclaim the king's authority. Over time Adrinka has been observed as adorning textiles as we pottery.
